Pickling & Phosphating
The company has acquired most modern facilities for pickling and phosphating. This is an essential process to remove imperfections from the surface of the wire rods to give high quality, clean, rust free and uniformly phosphated wires.
Wire drawing machines
Our Wire Drawing Shop is equipped with state-of-the-art wire drawing machines, designed to produce wire sizes ranging from 1.6 mm to 38.00 mm. This advanced setup ensures superior precision, consistent quality, and the capability to meet varied customer and industry requirements efficiently.
Spheriodise Bell Annealing
This is the most critical process in making CHQ wires as per the process control plan with the help of state-of-the-art ELECTRIC BELL TYPE ANNEALING FURNACES. The Wires undergo gradual heating & controlled cooling in a complete vacumised inert atmosphere, in order to achieve the desired mechanical & metallurgical properties in the material to facilitate COLD FORGING & FORMING.
Quality Uncompromised

Computerized Universal Tensile Testing Machine 60 MT Make FSA, & 10~15 Tone Make ENKAY, Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester & Computerised Micro Vicker's Hardness Tester, Dump Test Machine, All Series of Instruments for Checking Available i.e. Digital Vernior, Digital Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Slip Gauge, Height Gauge.
The Spectro Meter, make Spectromax Germany, is capable of accurately analyzing and checking 28 chemical elements simultaneously, ensuring precise material composition in minimal time.
Microscope with Dewinter Software Inc., USA, enables precise analysis of grain size and decarburization for accurate metallurgical evaluation and quality assurance.
